Consenting adults only
Use the service only for lawful adult creative work involving people who have freely consented to the intended use. Respect copyright, trademarks, privacy, and every participant's rights.
Prohibited content
Do not create content involving minors or people whose adulthood is unclear, non-consensual intimate material, sexual violence, exploitation, deceptive deepfakes, illegal content, or explicit abuse.
Prompts, references, and outputs
You must have the rights and informed consent required for every prompt, likeness, uploaded reference, and intended use of generated media.
Share AI-generated video responsibly
Do not present generated media in ways that deceive, harass, exploit, or misrepresent people. Add clear context when viewers could reasonably mistake synthetic media for an authentic event.
Authorized references only
Upload only images you created, commissioned, or are otherwise licensed to process with an AI model. Product, brand, and location imagery can carry rights of its own, so treat every reference as something you must be able to explain if asked.
Review output before publishing
Generation is probabilistic: framing, hands, text, and faces can drift between attempts. Review each clip before you publish it, and remove accidental text, logos, or likenesses that should not be there.
